Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Apple Outdoor Supply has a 30-day return policy. All returns must be in new condition and have a return authorization,  they must be UNOPENED and contain all original product packaging, parts and accessories. If you return items with signs of wear or installation no refund will be given.

Return Authorization

Please submit Return Authorizations by emailing sales@shed-parts.com and provide your order number in the email.  We will get back to you with our process to make your return as easy as possible.

Refund Exclusion

All refunds are for the return of the item(s) only, not the original shipping. The buyer pays for the return shipping. If we shipped your order in error, we will gladly cover the return shipping. If we paid for the original shipping cost (free shipping), there will be a $15.00 shipping cost subtracted from your refund unless your item was shipped in error. If you have any questions, you can email Apple Outdoor Supply's customer care at  sales@shed-parts.com. 

Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Apple Outdoor Supply's customer care with pictures of the damage or parts missing to sales@shed-parts.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
