Shipping policy

Processing time on orders is twenty-four to seventy-two hours, dependent on time of order placement.  We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours with the exception of holidays.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based upon the weight of your order and your zip code.
• Please make sure your zip code and state match and that you have provided a complete and accurate address. Phone numbers also aid the UPS driver in locating you.
• A P O Box is not an accurate shipping address, and will not be accepted.
• Shipping is to the forty-eight contiguous states only. No international orders will be accepted.
• Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via UPS Ground shipping and subject to UPS transit times; normally one to six days. You will be provided with a tracking number to check on the progress of your package through the UPS system.
